Two experienced directors, with a wealth of local experience, guiding you through the entire process from start to finish.

We provide a bespoke service with tailored marketing to suit each individual property. A unique marketing strategy for your unique home. From the point of instruction we use some of the latest technology available, bring your property to market and then;

  • conduct all your viewings;
  • provide feedback and weekly marketing updates;
  • financially qualify (via our mortgage brokers) and negotiate offers, then crucially;
  • progress your sale until completion, all on a personal basis.

We know our approach will achieve the best price possible, in the fastest time, whilst providing the highest level of professional service.

Once your sale or purchase is completed, our relationship doesn’t end there. We want to be your go to property expert for life. Need advice on an extension? Refurbishment? Investment? Or of course the next move! We will be here.

I started my agency career as a trainee negotiator for George Proctor & Partners, a well known local agency. Within a few years I had been promoted to Branch Manager and ran a successful office for the firm for some time. In 2015 I moved to run the flagship Bromley office for Sinclair Hammelton where I stayed until 2019, leaving to form Goatley Hirst.

I was born in Bromley and have lived here for over 30 years, I currently live with my wife and Rhodesian Ridgeback, Jackson, in Coney Hall. Having lived and worked in the Borough for such a long time I have an extensive local knowledge, professionally and personally.  

Starting my own agency was a dream from the beginning of my career and something I am extremley passionate about. Spending many years as a Branch Manager enabled me to learn and refine how I felt a modern agency should work. What I always enjoyed most was working with my clients from valuation to completion, selling their homes and/or finding them new ones. Sadly as a manager, as some of you may have experienced, you rarely have the time to get quite as involved as you would like and have to delegate.

The difference now with our model is that we get to work with all of our clients, 121, from start to finish. Not only does that provide us with the job satisfaction we both wanted but it also provides a far superior service.

My wife and I moved from Bromley North to West Wickham a few years ago but much like Luke I have lived and worked locally for a long time. I am an avid football fan, enjoy attending games when I can and if you know me, will know that I enjoy good food and time with family and George our Beagle puppy.

I started my career in the hospitality industry, starting as a barman and working my way up to bar manager. After many years I decided it was time for a complete change of industry and Estate Agency seemed the right way to go. I quickly realised that the skills I had learned previously were transferable and in not much time at all was achieving a great deal of success, being promoted and outselling everyone else in the company. 

After being promoted to Assistant Manager I was still outselling the junior negotiators but also meeting clients on valuations and bringing their properties to market. This I would say is where I started to refine my own idea's on the industry. I would bring a property to market, for it to be dealt with by someone else. I wanted to see the whole process through and in every instance where I did, built long lasting relationships with the clients I worked with, many that I keep today. 

Luke and I began putting together a plan of how we would run our own Estate Agency, having worked together for many years we knew how each other thought and worked, Goatley Hirst was formed and we are delighted to be working with you, be it finding your dream home or selling your current one.
